Papakea D202 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen ready for an in-house cooked meal. Stay cool with window A/C in the main living room area, tiled flooring, ceiling fans and extra box fans to use throughout the unit as needed. The bedroom features a King size bed and its own flat screen TV. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The unique split bathroom features a sink and vanity area, separated from the toilet and shower space. Entertainment includes TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Enjoy ocean views past the tranquil koi pond and beautifully manicured tropical grounds. This condo offers all the comforts of home. Relax on your lanai and be amazed by brilliant sunsets with Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Turtles swim along the oceanfront year-round and whales play in the channel during our winter months!

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.

Would stay again!

Great little apartment, very close to supermarkets and the beach. Everything we needed for our week long stay was provided, very well equipped and comfortable. The on site staff are wonderful. Good pools and BBQ areas, lovely community atmosphere. Would happily stay here again.

Great stay! Condo unit was wonderful with everything we needed. The lanai view was so great, spent a lot of time sitting out there. The grounds were beautiful and the sound of the ocean and the water features, so soothing.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed staying at Papakea. The unit was clean and had no issues at all. We utilized all of the facilities which were kept very clean and tidy. Location was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Great Location & Beautiful Grounds

The location of the Papakea was great for walking to restaurants, stores & to the beach. The grounds were very nice and always kept in perfect condition. They worked hard at keeping the grass and vegetation neat and looking wonderful. There were always lots of chairs to sit on and things were spread out enough to never feel overcrowded. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures.

Great stay at Papakea

We had a great stay! The only complaint is it’s advertised as a condo with a bath tub but they don’t supply a plug to use it. A few broken things found on arrival. It’s a beautiful location and we found we didn’t even need to turn on the AC

First, there are certainly positives worth noting. The lanai is lovely and the view is great. The washer and dryer are excellent, and the bathroom vanity and toilet are updated and nice. These features were appreciated.However, there were several significant concerns.Most notably, we spent two weeks without a functioning dishwasher. The dishwasher is visibly rusty both inside and out. When we attempted to use it, a substantial amount of water leaked onto the kitchen floor. We were genuinely concerned about damaging the condo and about the possibility of water leaking through the floor into the ceiling of the unit below us. For safety reasons and to prevent further damage, we could not use the dishwasher for the first two weeks of our stay. The microwave also quit working one week before our departure.The kitchenware (silverware, pots, pans, and small appliances) is old and worn and not up to the standards of what we would expect in a condo at this price point.In addition, the description and representation of the unit on VRBO do not accurately reflect the condition we encountered upon arrival. Many of the pictures in the VRBO listing do not match what is actually in the condominium. For example, the listing shows a large stainless steel refrigerator that is not there.Furthermore, several items shown in the listing photographs the enhance the appearnace of the condo are not there. The unit is in need of a "refresh" and new appliances and kitchen items.

Nice area

The condo had all the beach gear available that you would need . Nice place. Both beds were very uncomfortable , pillows horrible. Also they need to get a broom you can use , as much as we tried to keep sand out it was caked inside swimsuits and the leaves blew in from underneath the door . But we enjoyed our stay.

Five Star

The property was beautiful, and well maintained. We did not have any issues. Our room was well stocked, and was near the pool. We would sit on the Lanai that faced the beautiful pond, and had a nice view of the ocean. It was very relaxing. We appreciated the kitchen, washer and dryer, and pull out bed in the living room. It was I'm a good location with a supermarket across the street, along with some shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!
