Electric grill on the balcony for guest use. Tower 1 is centrally located. Close to Lifestyle Center and quick walk to the beach access. About 150 yards. Bring your family!

Property is showing its age. Broken tiles, broken bathroom fixtures. Banged up cabinets and door locks that weren’t working. Annoying to have a mini fridge take up half the dining area and then have it locked for owner use only). On a high note, the views were great.
