Terrace under pergola. Gravel courtyard and parking. House located on the edge of a road, in the hamlet of La Crochère, at the foot of Mont Colombier (2,045 m), house adjoining a barn and opposite the owners' house. Terrace with pergola. Shops and services open all year round in Châtelard, 12 km away. Local shops in Aillons during the tourist season. Private parking for 2 cars. Charging point for electric cars. In the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, 4.5 km from the downhill ski slopes of Aillon-Margériaz 1000 and 10 km from Aillon-Margériaz 1400. Cross-country skiing in Aillon-Margériaz 1400, 10 km away, or La Féclaz, 26 km away (150 km Savoie Grand Revard cross-country ski area linking St François de Sales, Le Revard and La Féclaz) with walking and snowshoeing trails, dog sledding. In summer, leisure center with supervised swimming at the Lescheraines lake, 14 km away. Numerous hikes throughout the massif.
