Private parking space. Shared garden. Ground-floor apartment offering a high level of comfort. The interior is simple and warm. Large bay windows bring plenty of light into the living room. The pleasant terrace features garden furniture and a dining area. Unobstructed views of the Bauges mountain range. Comfortable cottage located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, in the commune of La Motte-en-Bauges. In winter, easy access to the family resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and Aillons-Margériaz 1400, 19 km away. 4.4 km away, the Îles du Chéran leisure center offers swimming, a picnic area, and nature activities. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start from the cottage or are located nearby.
