It has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

- another room with a double bed;
- a third bedroom with two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- two bathrooms;
- a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of strolling.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking/ Garage, Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Barbecue, Fireplace, Garden, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Private parking: a garage is linked to the house and two vehicles can be parked on the side.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the strengths of the house is its brightness. It is also highly appreciated for its practicality:
Very functional house with all the new kitchen equipment. It is very bright, comfortable beds including a brand new one of 160.
There is a garden surrounding the house and a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
A garage to store things and two parking spaces next to the house.
Please note that there is currently construction work taking place outside the house.

There are 4 beautiful beaches about 15 minutes walk from the house.
St Coulomb is a small town with two bakeries, a butcher, a supermarket and a café/bar/tabac as well as a tourist office. It a few minutes from Cancale renowned for its seafood restaurants and oysters...
There are regular shuttles that connect the house to the TGV station of St Malo (20 min).
Beautiful walks nearby including the customs trail, the Pointe du Groin...
