This is a very unique property. The rental is in a wonderful neighbourhood. The hosts were great. The listing stated there was a king, queen, and a twin bed and a futon. We didn’t see a twin bed on the property anywhere. We had to step out and buy shampoo and conditioner because we didn’t realize it wasn’t provided.

Second stay here and would return in a minute

Stayed in this house a year ago and it was again fantastic this time. It’s more than perfect for the Gravel Worlds events in terms of proximity. It’s also close to everything needed - groceries, restaurants, gas, parks, cycling roads, etc. The house has lots of space with all the amenities covered. The garage is a big asset too. The hosts are extremely responsive and helped me add days to my stay at the last minute

Super clean

Our stay was for our son’s graduation from UNL. Property was super clean, and the neighbourhood is very pretty and quiet. Nice restaurant a short walk away. Did not receive code for access, but the owner responded very quickly. Bathroom is a bit small, but ok for the two of us. Only improvement I would suggest is a larger/more comfortable couch in the living room. Overall, a great place to stay, and perfect location for Memorial Stadium.

Perfect stay for Gravel Worlds (Super perfect)

We were in Lincoln for the 2022 Gravel Worlds event and stayed for most of the week prior. This location is nicer than my own house and literally 300m from the event start line. It's super clean and spacious. There's a big grocery store within walking distance, restaurants in the backyard, and easy access to the highway. The massive garage was an asset for bikes and our vehicle. The hosts were super helpful and on it for our stay. If we go back to Worlds, we'll def try to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

When we saw the Fallbrook neighborhood we fell in love with the area. It's almost its own small little town with a "downtown street" located 1 block from the property. Offering 2 restaurants/bars, a hair salon, insurance agency, boutique and more!

What makes this property unique

Close to Interstate 80 and close to downtown Lincoln. Walking distance to bars and restaurants!
