Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a 28 mÂČ living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 28 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140Ă190)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet
Outside:
- A 6 mÂČ balcony, facing southwest and furnished so you can enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot in the designated space.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF train station, about 33 minutes by car (19.8 miles)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud Airport, approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes by car (91.9 km) - Rennes Bretagne Airport, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car (129 km)
