In the heart of the pretty little town of Sarzeau, 2 minutes walk from all shops, this comfortable house of 90 m2 in a large enclosed property, very clean, with its large garden, will please you for its space and its serene and calm atmosphere.
We benefit from a privileged location in the heart of the town of Sarzeau, lots of quiet space and all facilities nearby without the need to take the car out.
In the morning, we are in 2 minutes, on foot, to the bakery and all the shops, to the small market every day on the church square with its terraces and restaurants, really it's very nice.
We have excellent shops here and the fresh seafood from the market 2 steps away, is tasty! We have very good feedback on the quality of the welcome of the traders of the town of Sarzeau as well as their products.
The big market in Sarzeau is on Thursday mornings.
On Saturday morning, it's the market of local products on the church square.
The day after your arrival, on Sunday morning, the market will take place in Saint Gildas de Rhuys, 5 km from Sarzeau. Nice atmosphere and a good opportunity to go for a walk on the Grand Mont trail (magnificent view from the cliff on Quiberon and the islands of Houat, Hoëdic and Belle Île en Mer in the distance)
Description of the house
First floor:
Large L-shaped living room of 60 m2, which is a truly royal space for 2 people, well-equipped kitchen, large office, living room and dining area. Large screen TV (diagonal 126 cm). Serene atmosphere.
Large bay window opening onto the deep garden and the large stone paved terrace.
On the terrace there is a table and chairs, a barbecue, a parasol is provided.
2 deckchairs.
In the kitchen: large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, 6-burner hob, electric coffee machine with filters, toaster, kettle, storage space.
In the kitchen, the window opens onto the terrace and the garden.
Floor:
In the bedroom there are 3 chests of drawers, a blouse and a wardrobe to store clothes. The bed is 160. The bathroom is en-suite: shower, washbasin on furniture, medicine cabinet, small cupboard for storing towels. Hairdryer. First aid kit.
*Important: *The floor of the floor is a glazed oak floor, very nice but fragile, so, is it possible, please, to leave the shoes at the bottom of the stairs? Thank you*
We cannot accommodate pets
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
With some exceptions, arrival on Saturday afternoon between 3pm and 5pm and departure on Saturday morning before 11am, by appointment with the owner. For an arrival after 5pm, please see with Nelly if it can be suitable.
Your vehicle is parked near your terrace in the enclosed property.
The house is very clean when guests arrive and must be returned in the same condition. All products and cleaning necessities are provided.
There are 2 toilets, one on the first floor and one upstairs near the bedroom which is very convenient for the night.
The 2 travelers have access to an entire house of 90 m2: living room, kitchen, terrace, bedroom and its bathroom in complete autonomy. Private entrance too. Free WIFI.
Free parking inside our property.
*You don't charge your electric car at a socket in the house. There is a charging station at the top of our street and near the Cultural Centre.
The GR 34 hiking trail (25 km) goes all around the peninsula and offers you superb views of the Gulf of Morbihan, its many islands and the oyster beds that line it on the south coast of the peninsula, on the ocean side, the landscape is completely different.
There are two possibilities for renting bikes: near the church "Le Vélo d'Ewen" 1 Impasse Poulmenach or at "Abbis Location" 7 Allée des Ducs de Bretagne.
The two are equidistant from the house.
There is a bus stop 2 steps from the house.
Bus to Vannes or to Arzon / Port Navalo which will transport you for €1.50 the trip.
This bus provides a direct route from Vannes train station to Sarzeau Centre and from Sarzeau to Vannes train station.
