This sprawling upscale ranch home has something to delight every family member, including the dogs - only five miles from the beach! So, leave nobody behind; your next dream vacation awaits. An enclosed yard surrounds the house on three sides and boasts a large lagoon pool. A child-safe fence separates the pool from a fully covered patio lounge area with a ceiling fan for keeping cool on those warm Florida days. The fun doesn't stop there; back inside, the garage has been converted to a game room with full-size foosball and ping-pong tables, along with shuffleboard and darts. The gorgeous custom kitchen will delight the group's chef with its abundance of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for a couple of sous chefs. You can grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar equipped with four barstools or have an authentic family meal in the formal dining room with seating for six and a modern pendant chandelier.

A bonus seating area that's ready for friendly chats over coffee greets you at the home's front entrance. Immediately to your right is the primary bedroom featuring its own private enclosed patio if the dogs need a place to bask. The huge en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and oversized walk-in closet. The bedroom has another access door for the lanai. The other three bedrooms are behind the kitchen's four-seater dining table at the back of the house. A barn door stands sentry to the quiet hallway leading to the sleeping area for maximum relaxation. The first bedroom has a bunk bed and playful kid-oriented decor. The second and third bedrooms have elegant farmhouse-style furnishings and a view of the enclosed backyard and pool. These three rooms have a shared bathroom with a double vanity and shower/bath combo for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
