Maple Lawn Gem-3-bedroom, 30 day plus only stays

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3-bedroom home across street from large grocery store, with shops and restaurants both next door and nearby Maple Lawn, many nearby parks & paths. Close to Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (2.5 mi), to Howard General Hospital (7 mi), and University of Maryland Laurel Regional Hospital (8 mi).

You are booking an entire townhouse- three levels.

First floor: the main entrance door and garage's door goes into big open first floor room with big windows . Garage is shared, we store a boat there with security camera. The first floor(level) room is Piano studio used when there are no guests. It has half bathroom, coat closet and a door to a small patio.

Second floor: all hardwood on entire second floor: big spacious living room with gas fireplace and seven tall windows facing the street. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooking, warm toned cabinets with pantry, granite countertops. Dining room and tv room wraps the kitchen. French sliding doors from dining room to the second level deck. Powder(Half) room is next to the kitchen, between kitchen and living room.

Third floor: Owner's bedroom suite with high vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. Attached bath includes double vanity, large shower, a big deep soaking tub. The master bedroom has a door to a deck. Two other bedrooms are across from owner’s bedroom, also vaulted ceiling and next to full size washer / dryer laundry room.

Beautiful wood stairs throughout the house. This townhouse has a very positive vibe. The surrounding is very family oriented and quiet because senior living is across, friendly neighbors, walkable neighborhood. It's very peaceful and protected.

Not allowed: smoking, parties or any gatherings. No pets. Check-ins only with Government issued IDs. Limit to 7 people only (children age 2 and above are counted in). Late check outs are not allowed, $100 per hour charge if you are late. No additional overnight or day visiting guests - clarify at the booking how many. If when you booked you noted you are group of 4 but I see 6- thats additional.
