The beautiful villa from the Gründerzeit is characterized by its distinctive architecture. In 1995 she was completely renovated. 12 apartments are located in the house. Important NOTE !From the 17th From September 2018 to probably end of April 2019, roadworks and civil engineering work will take place in the Neuer Weg and Delbrückstrasse areas. Therefore, the access to Villa Caprivi is limited (up to about 30m). Parking spaces are about 3 minutes walk away for the time of construction. Noise pollution due to construction work is only to be expected in the case of work directly in front of the property. Reductions are granted depending on the harassment.
