The Bleichröder residence has 4 houses (Villa Rondell, Villa Rosengarten, Remise Mews, Hotel) and its own park with rose garden, fountain and a small children's playground. There is a sauna (fee) and a table tennis room. WE 12: modern 2-room apartment in Villa Rondell, approx. 55 m², living-dining room with kitchenette (4-plate ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher), bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, covered balcony with furniture towards the park , Parking space u. In some cases three minutes away for a fee, Internet and Sky (selected programs) included Delbrückstrasse is currently being renovated. Access to the Bleichröder Residence is expected to be guaranteed until the end of October 2019. Construction noise can only be expected selectively when working directly in front of the residence. In this case we grant compensation.
