This flat, situated in Val Village C is composed of 3 residences built in the architectural spirit of the old Val d'Isère. Direct access to the slopes and shops at the foot of the residence.
This 5-room duplex apartment offers 133 m² of living space (including 40 m² with a ceiling height below the Carrez Law requirement) and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Located on the 2nd floor of the Neptune residence with an elevator access, it enjoys views of the old village. The first level features a spacious living area with a dining space and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and a shower room. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, as well as a bathroom.
First floor: - Bedroom n°3: a double bed (140*190) - Bedroom n°4: a double bed (160*200). - Bathroom : bathtub, sink - Independant toilet
- Ski locker next to the Post Office - North facing balcony.
Included in the price : - Bedlinen (beds made before arrival) - Towels - WIFI* - End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen)* *The apartment must be left in the reasonable condition. In the case of excess mess an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Tourist tax is charged by municipality of Val d'Isère and depends on the number of adults (+18 years old).

Logement idéalement situé - suffisamment spacieux pour 10 personnes. Cuisine et équipement ok - le reste meublé avec goût mais qualité IKEA avec pas mal de dysfonctionnements suite aux multiples usages . Besoin d’entretien bricoleur. 2Superbes terrasses mais très mal exposées / jamais ensoleillées. Dimension des lits erronée dans le descriptif… les lits 2 personnes sont étroits .
Personnel réactif. Météo superbe donc parfait pour nos vacances sportives.
Excellent souvenir.
