Inside: air conditioning, large living room and lounge with mezzanine, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV, CDs, DVDs, books, and games.
Outside: large, fenced, private plot of 1,000 m² with beautiful views of the Isère countryside, large Desjoyaux swimming pool, Joola ping-pong table, ball pit, Kapla, pétanque, etc., garden furniture and a large table for outdoor dining, pool house, and carport.
Ideal for visiting the Isère, Rhône, or Drôme regions, close to the Pilat, Vercors, and Alps Natural Parks, the Palais du Facteur Cheval, and the Côte-Rôtie vineyards. Numerous hiking and cycling trails are nearby.
