The bathroom is sleek and functional, featuring a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also at your disposal for longer stays.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and enjoy peace of mind with a smoke detector for your safety.

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Don’t miss the Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, or the Picasso Museum. The Marais is also famous for its lively nightlife and diverse dining options, making it the perfect place to experience Parisian history, fashion, and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Filles du Calvaire (line 8), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 57-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
