Amoureux d’Oleron depuis 15 ans, nous avons réalisé un rêve en achetant cette jolie maison en plein cœur de saint pierre. Nous faisons tout à pied et en vélo ! Nous aimons oleron hors saison, son calme, sa lumière, ses marches…
Why they chose this property
Nous voulions venir hors saison et avoir un vraie vie de village vivant, tout en étant au calme. C est complètement réussi : a 3 min à pied du bourg et en 3e rang, il n’y a que des jardins autour de nous !
What makes this property unique
C est l’esprit oleronais ; tout est de plain pied, on entre par la cuisine, et la maison est tournée vers le jardin, mais elle possède tout le confort moderne et nous avons voulu une déco claire et raffinée avec de beaux tapis, des dessus de lit cossus, de belles lampes ..
