Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet building with only four apartments, our well-insulated and air-conditioned apartment features an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a laundry room (with washer-dryer), and a separate bedroom. Enjoy a fully equipped apartment (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hairdryer, etc.) that allows you to travel light and relax in a well-designed haven. The living room includes a smart TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Wi-Fi provides a convenient place to work. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Nespresso machine. The bedroom has a large double bed and closet space. You will have access to the entire apartment and can arrive independently, at any time of your choosing, using a key box. Free parking is available on the street at the foot of the building, in the adjacent square with approximately 12 spaces, and on the surrounding streets. Parking is generally easy to find. An electric vehicle charging station is also located 50 meters from the building.
