The Resort:
Bayside isn't just a place to stay, it's a vacation in itself. As our guest, you'll have access to multiple resort-style pools, a Health & Aquatic fitness center, playground, tennis & pickleball courts, bocce courts, scenic nature and biking trails, fishing pier, kayaks, standup paddleboards, crabbing, and Bay access. Golf lovers can tee off at Delaware's first Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, and in season, a complimentary shuttle whisks you straight to the beach. When you're ready to relax, choose from Bayside's own waterfront restaurants and bars, or catch a live show at the nearby Freeman Arts Pavilion.

The Home:
Inside, Sandy Branch offers spacious, light-filled living areas designed to feel like home. The main level features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, island, and peninsula breakfast bar, flowing into a sunroom and paver patio ideal for al fresco dining by the fire pit. The main-level owner's suite includes an ensuite bath with dual vanity and tiled shower. Upstairs, a versatile loft and two additional bedrooms (one with a private balcony) offer plenty of space for family and friends.

Amenities:
We've thought of the details so you don't have to: a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill, free WiFi with streaming-ready TVs, two coffee makers, toaster oven, and even adult and kid bikes and beach gear for guest use. For peace of mind, the home is professionally cleaned after every stay and equipped with a REME Halo whole-home air purification system.

Notes:
- Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens (sheets/towels). They can also be rented through a local vendor.
- A lease agreement will be sent after booking.
- Bayside charges an (optional) additional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center.

Recreation passes prices in 2026:
From January 1- May 15 and September 23-December 31:
3-day pass: $45 per person
weekly pass: $70 per person

From May 16-September 22
3- day pass: $70 per person
weekly pass: $115 per person
