The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 30 m² flat for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, 20 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (the awning is out of order and will be removed by the co-ownership).

The flat is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
