Location is great

When fishing on Sam Rayburn, this is a great location only 5 mins from two boat ramps, mid lake. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay for a few days or longer in the area.

Great time fishing trip

The inside is very clean and smells nice. It could use some yard work. Very close to boat ramp. We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly and helpful needed some tools and they were very helpful. Left a day early due to weather not able to fish. Had a great time. Would stay again good location.

Perfect place for fishermen!

My brother and I took our boys out for a weekend of crappie fishing and this was perfect for us. Inside was clean, comfortable, and the owner was very friendly. If you’re looking for super fancy place, or a place to bring a big group, this ain’t it. This is perfect though for those who are fishing and need a quiet comfy place to stay that’s close to a boat ramp. You’re probably 5 minutes drive from Jackson Hill. And the price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Convenient to local boat ramps.

Fished a high school tournament, and multiple ramps are within 15 minutes.
