It is 8 km from the shores of Lake Bourget, France’s largest natural lake. A preserved natural setting, combining nature, peaceful countryside, and outdoor activities. 10 km from Chanaz, nicknamed “the little Venice of Savoy,” and 22 km from Aix-les-Bains, a famous spa town. A charming, renovated country house, decorated in soft, warm tones, in the heart of the town of Ruffieux. Lovely terrace with an unobstructed view. Numerous hiking trails start right from the cottage. Single-story detached house: kitchen (with a double-sided fireplace) opening onto the living room, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 single bed 120x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm), 2 bathrooms (showers), 1 of which includes a toilet. 1 separate toilet. Lockable bike storage. Large private yard. Parking in front of the cottage (2 spaces).
