Beautiful, tranquil location with large pool.

We had a fantastic time. The house was very comfortable and clean. They layout of the house was great, having several living areas. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. We loved the large, warm pool surrounded by the secluded garden. The house is situated in a very quiet village with mountains in the background. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend the property and look forward to returning as there is so much to do and see in the area.

Fabulous & spacious family home in stunning rural location

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday staying in this wonderful home at Chainaz-les-Frasses - it exceeded all of our expectations. Our friendly hosts ensured they were there in person both at the start and end of our stay. They thoughtfully provided some food items on arrival, which we were very grateful for as it was too late for shopping or eating out.The property was stunning, comfortable, immaculately clean - with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas; it included a well equipped kitchen & utility, and a beautiful pool & garden complete with plenty of outdoor furniture, ping-pong table, BBQ & parking area. Our teenagers loved the loft space for relaxing as well as the mega-sofa chill zone on the first floor!The location is rural and peaceful in a charming village, with beautiful walks available from the doorstep - you can watch the sunset over the mountains from the master bedroom balcony, the night sky is amazing. We hired a car and drove to lake or mountain locations each day - there are two fabulous lakes (Bourget & Annecy) reached within 30 minutes, with other locations being a little further afield... but the journeys are extremely picturesque and part of the experience. Own transport is probably a necessity, so that you can pick up groceries, visit restaurants etc.We'd recommend for families wanting a quiet, rural holiday amongst the breathtaking surroundings of the Haute Savoie region and would very happily return!
