Spacious, close to the center and family friendly apartment in Dresden!

Fully equipped 3-room apartment with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a very large living room with 2 more beds on the sofa. For our smallest guests there is a cot and a highchair ready. The cot can be placed in both bedrooms.

The apartment is located in the district of Cotta, with direct transport links to the city center. You drive 12 minutes by tram to the castle, the kennel and the Frauenkirche. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. By car, the apartment is only 7 minutes from the motorway exit Altstadt and Neustadt. Thus, the ideal starting point to explore Dresden and Saxony.

Shops for groceries (Lidl, Aldi and Edeka) are within walking distance and to the bakery is only 50 meters. To a large organic farm "Vorwerk Podemus" one drives by car only 10 minutes.
If the kids are not tired of the city stroll, they can let off steam on the trampoline. A sandbox and swings are also willing to share.
The city of Dresden charges a tourist tax of € 6.00 per night regardless of the number of people in the apartment.

Silke and Steffen were wonderful hosts. They were very knowledgeable about the area and were able to point us towards local restaurants and stores. They were also helpful in learning how to use the metro system to get downtown. The apartment was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again if we returned to Dresden.

Great Hosts

This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Die Wohnung ist groß und hell und verfügt über alles was man üblicherweise benötigt. Pluspunkt auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar waren. Einzig die etwas kleinen Duschhandtücher könnte man ansprechen, aber auch das ist eher eine Kleinigkeit Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung angetroffen.Die Einrichtung ist perfekt zum gemütlichen Verweilen.Es ist alles vorhanden,was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist optimal für schöne Abende vorbereitet. Der Kontakt vor und während dem Aufenthalt war einfach nur genial.So nette Vermieter haben Wir in unserer Fewozeit noch nicht erleben dürfen. Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

Die Ferienwohnung diente als Unterkunft für einen Familienbesuch mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Sie bietet viel Platz und ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Das Stadtzentrum ist schnell erreichbar, Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße vor dem Haus ohne Probleme. Vor dem Haus gibt es auch einen Stand an dem man auf Vertrauensbasis frisches Obst aus dem Garten kaufen kann, was sehr gerne wahrgenommen wird. Bei erneutem Familienbesuch buchen wir gerne wieder.

Netter Empfang, tolle Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen , nach dem Papierkram gab es noch Reisetips Dresden und Umland . Die Wohnung an sich liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und ist sauber und ordentlich. Man hat alles was man braucht. Im Garten gibt es schöne Sitzecken.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl)sind vorhanden.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist von der Autobahn A4 aus gut zu erreichen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man schnell ins Zentrum. Die Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso ein Bäcker. Ein paar Minuten weiter findet man weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die meisten Dinge sogar mehrfach. Auch Bücher und Spiele sind in großer Zahl vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps, was man in Dresden unternehmen kann.

Empfang war nett und freundlich. Wohnung piccobello sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus Ruhige Lage, aber schnell mit dem Auto im Zentrum. Bäcker gleich an der Ecke. Hund war auch herzlich willkommen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr nette Gastgeber! 100% Weiterempfehlung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend, aber nah genug am Zentrum, gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Nah genug am Zentrum, um schnell in der Stadt zu sein mit den Öffis und weit genug weg, um in einer ruhigen Umgebung zu sein. Sehr herzliche Vermieter. Ferienwohnung ist schön inkl. tollem Garten. Bäcker und Gaststätte sind auch ums Eck.
