A Well-Thought-Out Property in Two Spaces

The Main House:

The main house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has two non-air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The air-conditioned TV lounge features a Smart TV and an additional sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. The shared bathroom has a washbasin, mirror, WC and shower. The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. A water fountain is at your disposal with 1 gallon in place and 1 extra in stock.



The covered terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and a bench with mattress, ideal for relaxing during the sunniest hours. The adjoining garden features a summer lounge with sofa and armchairs, perfect for aperitifs. Another area with chairs around a brazier has been specially designed for storytelling evenings.



Internet connection: wifi is free and unlimited during your stay, with access details provided on site by the receptionist at check-in. The box is located inside the house.





Le Bord de Mer - The Seaside :

The second area of the property is entirely dedicated to the pleasures of the seaside. The seaside bungalow can accommodate 2 additional guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, plastic glasses and cutlery, dishes and barbecue equipment (except charcoal), as well as a shower room with WC and a small bedroom with double bed.



The exterior of the bungalow is designed to make the most of the day: a garden lounge with armchairs in the shade of the trees, a sea observatory with a wooden table and benches that will be much appreciated during whale-watching season, and a beach with deckchairs to perfect your tan. The pergola with its large table and stools is ideal for convivial meals. Access to the sea is direct via the split boat. Please note that the split boat can only be used to launch a Jet-ski or small Alu hull.



Activities and Facilities

The Fenua Chill House offers a variety of facilities for outdoor activities. Two kayaks with oars are available for exploring the waters of the peninsula, reaching the motu Nono... An inflatable swimming pool measuring 3m x 3m and 0.5m deep is set up in the garden for the enjoyment of younger children under parental supervision.

Take advantage of the 2 barbecues for grilling, and the many outdoor spaces designed for maximum comfort and relaxation.

NB: If you have extra friends wishing to stay, up to 2 real double mattresses can be made available, on request and at extra cost, for a maximum of 4 extra people. Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided. You will need to reserve this option at the time of booking or later, but always at least 24 hours before your arrival via your customer area. The rate is 4,000 xpf per night per double mattress.
