This 120 m2 apartment is located in the most picturesque area of Toulouse, on the banks of the Garonne with a view of the historical monuments.

The apartment is very quiet and has a lot of character with its exposed bricks and beams. All of this is complemented by a 25 m2 terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city centre and the historical monuments.PGJyPg
The living room (living room + dining room) is very spacious: 60m2. It is through with one side overlooking the Garonne and the other overlooking the Jacobins.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped.
There are two bedrooms with their private bathrooms and an office with a sofa bed.
