Discover this new apartment, with modern furniture and appliances, which offers you a bright and quiet setting, without any vis-à-vis. It have an elevator, it is ideal for a comfortable stay. This accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 190 cm, a second room with a double bed of the same size, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. You will also find a functional bathroom, a friendly dining area with a table and chairs, a comfortable living room with a 180 x 200 cm sofa bed, and a balcony arranged to enjoy the outdoors.

You will particularly appreciate the tranquility and brightness of this apartment.

For your comfort, everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including Wifi, a cot with musical night light, a cushion for dog or cat, a cat tree, bowls, games (cards, mikados, etc.), slippers, a dryerhair, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, and much more. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light.

During your stay, don’t miss out on discovering the city’s must-see sites, such as the Jardin des Acrobates and Eva Toulouse at a 10-minute walk, the Parc de la Grande Plaine at 9 minutes by car, as well as the Limayrac wood and the planet trail at 10 minutes. Place du Capitole and the Saint-Sernin basilica are only 30 minutes away.

The Garonne is linked to the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by the Canal de Brienne. Boat trips, walks and bike rides on the towpaths: treat yourself to some fresh moments.
