In a small cottage, the former hayloft of a renovated 16th-century Basque farmhouse. The cottage is on the ground floor and features a large private terrace of 35 m², enclosed by a gate and a hedge. This outdoor space is perfect for your small pet. Functional and completely renovated, the cottage includes: - A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, two-burner induction hob, combination microwave/grill oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment. - A living room (TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection, pellet stove) - A bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a small desk area - A bathroom (washing machine, large shower) - A separate toilet The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol. Access is via steps from your private parking area. Two adult bicycles are available for loan. The living room and bedroom are heated by a pellet stove, and the bathroom has a heated towel rail. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED HERE: Bed made upon arrival, towels and linens provided, cleaning and heating included. Private parking. A deposit is required for pets (only small pets will be accepted, in relation to the outdoor space available - 35 m² terrace). The accommodation is attached to the owner's garage (unoccupied). The owner lives on-site at the rear of the property (separate entrance - no overlooking).
