Cozy holiday home in Balatonszeplak So 200m to the Balaton footpath

update:
From now on we have a high chair for our little guests that can be used from 6 months to 11 years. There are raised areas for children to wash in the bathroom. There are children's dishes and cups in the kitchen.

The house was completely renovated in 2016 and lovingly furnished.

It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with floor-level shower, sink with mirror cabinet and toilet. In the kitchen there is a stove with 2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge with freezer, coffee machine with thermo jug and a microwave. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed 172x200 cm, living room table, dining room with 4 chairs and wall unit with TV and satellite dish.

In the annex is the possibility of storing bicycles.

The terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. There are sun loungers and a barbecue in the garden.

There is a parking space for the car on the property.

The house is a non-smoking house.
Animals are not allowed.

The house has no internet!

Ein ganz tolles Objekt. Ausstattunge geht über den deutschen Standard hinaus. Sehr nahe am Balaton gelegen. Einfach Badesachen an, schnell mal ins Wasser gehen ( ca. 3 Min. ) und wieder zurück zum Ferienhaus. Besser geht nicht. Herzlichen Dank an Elke und Benjamin, tolle Gastgeber mit vielen Ausflugtips und nie aufdringlich. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt am Plattensee.Die Wohnungübergabe war mehr als unkompliziert. Auch beim Auszug verlief alles sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auf der Terasse kann man sich gut von den Ausflügen erholen. Es sind wenige Meter zum Balaton zu Fuß.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Ferientage verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Innen wie außen gut möbliert, eingerichtet und nicht weit bis zum Balaton, um sich schnell mal abzukühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben viele Tipps auf Lager, falls man sich in der Gegend nicht so auskennt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Die in dem Inserat beschriebene Ausstattung war fast schon untertrieben. Es war alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Super Ausstattung, problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, kurzer Weg zum See. Atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren für 12 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Es hat alles gepasst. Es ist sehr sauber, es gibt alles, was man für einen perfekten und entspannten Urlaub gibt. Vielen lieben Dank an Fam. Roos. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!! Restaurants, Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nette und freundliche Vermieter, das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Leider ist die Saison dort ab dem 20.August vorbei, so dass die Strandbar schon geschlossen war, und andere nur am Wochenende öffnen. das sollte man in der Beschreibung besser angeben. Aber sonst alles gut, trotz einiger Regentage, war es ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Familie Roos, und einen Gruß nach Pforzheim.

Das neu hergerichtete Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Straße ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Nichts fehlte und die Gastgeber sind ausserordentlich freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. TOP!
