Ocean Walk 306 is a Gorgeous 3rd floor updated unit just steps to the beach. This unit offers the largest floor plan of the 2 bedroom units in this complex. Ocean Walk does have an elevator. This condo will sleep 6 people comfortably. The Master has a King bed and the Guest Bedroom has a 2 Extra Long Twin Beds. The unit has 2 living room areas - one with a sleeper sofa. ideal for both couples and families. There are 3 Flat Screen TV's and Wireless Internet. The Kitchen is updated, fully equipped and has everything you would need for cooking plus a stacked washer & dryer. This will become your favorite condo to return year after year. Ocean Walk is just 1 block from the beach (5 Minute Walk) and just a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which offers numerous shops, restaurants & more. You are also just 10 minutes from the New Low Country Celebration Park. For larger groups - please inquire about additional availability in Ocean Walk or any of our other listings nearby in the South Forest Beach Area.

This was a great condo! It looked nice and was very clean. The location is good- it’s across the street from the beach. The kitchen is stocked well with appliances, including a kuerig! It is great to have access to an indoor and outdoor pool. We always were able to park close to the entrance. There were also 2 body/boogie boards in one of the closets! My only suggestion would be to bring beach towels. If you absolutely need the bathtub, I would check first with the owner to make sure the drain is able to be fully closed. We will probably stay here again!

Only 2 bummers were the indoor pool was getting worked on and the main elevator was down for repair. But neither were big issues for us. We lucked out and got to check in early. The condo was quiet. Beds were great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned home from an excellent week on Hilton Head Island and had our third experience renting through Seashore Vacations. Their website is easy to navigate and their processes are easy and simple. We needed to change our arrival and departure date by one day and they quickly answered the phone and made the change. Our only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was undergoing renovations and closed. I called Seashore and within minutes they arranged for us to use a neighboring property’s pool area. They had not been made aware that the construction had been going on.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed a 23 day stay with various friends and family members popping in for 5-7 days with us. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub since it was still a little cool. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Ocean Walk

Centrally located in a lovely area, the unit is spacious and comfortable. There were a few issues; 1 - During our complete 4 week stay there was constant construction, maintenance work done inside and (mainly) outside of the facility.2 - In the unit, the in sink garbage disposal wasn’t functioning and we were not informed of the need to empty a water receptacle that fills as the dryer is used.

Tried twice, not coming back

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here before with a problem of mildew and the problem was remedied three days into the stay. This time we arrived to the same smell and came prepared w/ washer cleaner. I helped, but smell was throughout, including in the bedding, which had blood spot on the master bed’s mattress cover. WiFi was turned off no tv available until we noticed it unplugged. Furnace filters had to be changed by maintainable as the intake vents were full of dust.

Great location

This condo was very clean, roomy and yet cozy. My husband and I traveled with our elderly parents. It was perfect. The unit has two separate living areas which made it nice. We had our own living room and our side of the condo. It was convenient to many restaurants and the beach. If we go to Hilton Head again, we will book unit 306.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed this condo and great location. Everything was so nice. The only issue we had was the master bedroom not getting cold enough at night. To keep the master cold it was freezing in the other rooms. If a box fan was available at the condo I think it would help a lot. This condo is great and we hope to stay again!

The extra living space allows a bit of separation if needed, and had a desk area where I could set up my laptop. The rooms are large and the furniture is nice. The balcony has a table and chairs and overlooks a tree lined walkway.The condo is located within easy walking distance to the Alder Lane beach access point. Coligny Beach is within walking distance, though we drove that day. I loved that the building is secure. The property, including the pool area, is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again. It was lovely.

Last minute Memorial Day booking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. It was well stocked with everything that we needed. Laundry in unit was nice. Read the directions . I had never used a dryer like that before. Information we would have liked to have had....The chairs and equipment that they give you a credit for after booking get delivered to your room and left in the hall. We immediately got in trouble with the building about this. I thought it would have been the blue chairs and umbrellas already down on the beach but that could have been all on me. It was last minute and I might not have looked into that close enough. I would have just waited and rented chairs on the beach had I known. Also, the closest beach access is a walk no matter which one you use. They did not seem super clearly marked and everyone there was somewhat unsure of which access to use. In the unit the TV’s were difficult to figure out. Each had multiple remotes. It took us a minute. Some direction there would have been welcomed. Besides that check in/ out was very easy , the unit was comfortable. Beds slept well. Would go back but just do things a little differently on our part. Also the free trolley ( golf carts) will come right to the building and get you. Great service.

It's a large condo where the 2nd bedroom and living room gives privacy to both sides, especially when one person is using the desk working. It's close to the beach and easy to get everywhere! We had a couple of issues that we needed to contact property management and they were resolved very quickly. Very happy with our stay here!

Love the Ocean Walk Building

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 3 different units in this building because it's great for families w/ kids-space for everyone, close to beach, indoor pool.This unit was the least clean of the 3. Everything was nice but could really use a detailed clean (bedrails,baseboards) and definitely need to replace all the scratched Teflon cookware (that's toxic).

Family Spring Break Vacation

Overall the property and condo were what we hoped and expected. Well kept and clean. If being nit picky the fixtures and outdoor patio could use a deep clean. Some of the entrances were a bit cluttered and the tennis courts were not the best. Would definitely rent this property again.

Loved the location and the facility but unfortunately got moved to a different unit than the one we booked, due to a water leak. Appreciated the quick change to a similar unit though, due to the unforeseen circumstances. Walking and bike riding to the beach as well as the Coligny Square area was quick and simple.

Dissappointing

The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and had a nice selection of cookware. It was furnished tastefully and you could tell that the kitchen and the bathrooms had been updated. The balcony from the living space was a nice size with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. The 2 living spaces are great for two couples or a family that would like some separate space. We would definately stay here again expect for one thing. The unit had a musty smell (possibley due to the carpeting in both bedroom spaces). The rest of unit had tile floors. I have allegeries, so the mustiness really bothered me. We opened the windows to get some fresh air in, whiched helped. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay! Thank you!
