Just minutes away from the gorgeous sandy shores of the Emerald Coast, this 2 bedroom open-concept townhome is perfect for your next amazing beach vacation. You’ll have the space and privacy you and your guests desire, while your location allows quick and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer. Decorated with cool whites highlighted by ocean-inspired splashes of turquoise and blue this home displays all the trademark style of a coastal cottage.

Everything is here to make your stay a relaxing home away from home including a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with seating for four guests, an inviting and luxurious living space with a large smart TV, free Wi-Fi and central air conditioning. French doors lead you onto the home’s private balcony area where you can enjoy the salt air any time of the day. The two breezy and welcoming bedrooms at opposite ends of the residence feature a master with king bed and deluxe ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, large walk-in shower and separate water closet; the second bedroom is conveniently fitted with two full size beds and also features its own guest bath with a tub/shower combination. Both of these charming rooms house flat screen smart TVs and ceiling fans. The laundry room provides use of a full size washer and dryer, so you’ll start each new adventure with fresh gear.

This beautiful and modern vacation rental is within easy walking distance to The Big Chill, a festival-style gathering place featuring eateries, entertainment and shopping. The event lawn provides seating for outdoor concerts and movies, and the centrally located Pavilion features a multipurpose stage, a 25 foot wide outdoor movie screen, and a screened porch with a fireplace and big screen TV’s. Beyond the Prominence community one can explore the pristine state parks and varying beach towns, each with their own architectural feel and flavor. An excursion to one of the many rare coastal dune lakes that dot the 30A landscape, known for its rich wildlife and unparalleled ecosystem, is a must. We warmly invite you to explore this slice of paradise for an idyllic travel experience.

perfect beach week ~
property was everything mentioned, very clean and comfortable! easy walk to the pool and the big chill gathering area with plenty of quick food options. just a short drive to Rosemary and Alys beaches, with great dining and shopping. we love 30A and will return soon!

Beautiful Beachy Vacation
The house was perfect for my husband and our two teenage daughters! We had fun using the bikes to ride to a public beach access in Watersound! The beach was perfect and not overly crowded if you were willing to walk a short distance from the entrance. The Big Chill area was fun to explore the shops and had yummy ice cream! It was a great location for just staying out or getting out and exploring nearby state parks. The house was a perfect place to come back and relax each day. It had everything we needed!

Amazing property!
Beautiful and clean property! Great location. Minutes from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property management was easily reached and answered all questions instantly!! Highly recommend! Will search this location and/or this property management team for all future 30A vacations!

Prominence on 30A is certain to attract families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Guests will enjoy 2 resort style pools (the north pool is seasonally heated in March, April, October and Thanksgiving week), fitness center and seasonal air conditioned tram service to the Bramble Grove Beach Access (runs Memorial Day weekend in late May through Labor Day weekend in early September, weather permitting).

The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub), is a family hot-spot for entertainment located on 30A between Prominence North and South, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within an easy walk.
