This is the place if you want to get away and take in the mtns. 4 decks can accommodate many places to hang out. One deck is down some stairs near Chalk Creek. Beautiful view of Mt. Antero from the living area. Lots of room with private areas. Listening to the creek & the spa are relaxing. Disc golf, shuffle board, pool table plus board games will keep everyone busy. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property for my best friend's 50th birthday! It is tucked away next to the creek and sitting on the deck was absolute heaven! It is also so close to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs so we were able to take a quick trip there as well. The house is amazing and has so much outdoor space as well as fun indoor options for play as well. The kitchen utensils, plates, pans, dishes etc. could use some updating, but the space is perfect for making meals and hanging out together. We would all definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, really enjoyed the hot tub. Location is excellent only five minutes away from the spring.. the only thing we were missing is a fire pit outside to make smores. I do think pillows and towels could use an upgrade. And it would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner available.

Amazing views, great for families

The location of this cabin is amazing if you want to be outside of town - with stunning views and babbling creek to lull you asleep at night. The garden level basement is great for kids.

Outsatanding stay..this place will heal you. Stay at least a week. The view of the river is a treasure. Sleeping to the sound of the river each night is soothing. The layout of the house is perfect for a big group but even better for two.

Beautiful Retreat

Beautiful location next to a river. It's great for walks and nearby hiking trails nearby. Having a pool table and shuffle board table was great for evenings. Plenty of space for a family or small group.

Cool spot!

This cabin was perfect. Right on the creek, views of the mountains. Great way to get away from the city life and just relax. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place!

We had an amazing time. The house is very well set up for fun with a variety of ages. My kids were in heaven with the activities. We caught trout right in front of the house. Great place, definitely recommend!

Friend reunion in the mountains

Rippling waters is a beautiful property! We loved the location and views! The kids had a blast and there was space for all 10 of us! Property management as very communicative about any issues we had. A great place to stay and we would do it again!

Fun, chilly mountain cabin weekend

The manager was communicative. The house was clean and well stocked. It worked very well for our group and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The shuffleboard table was a lot of fun. The woodstove and hot tub were key on a frigid weekend.

Excellent Stay

We LOVED Rippling Waters! Beautiful house right on Chalk Creek with an AMAZING view of the Chalk Cliffs. Clean, beautifully furnished, shuffleboard, pool and dog friendly. Host was responsive and attentive. We will be back!
