- An 18 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The Studio is ideally located in Reilhanette, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
