We have also added a walk-in shower in the master bath!

Sea Oats is a great destination for families! This smaller, quiet complex with only 80 units is located directly on the beach and just across the street from several restaurants, bars, liquor store, putt putt and ice cream shop! The complex includes a SPACIOUS gulf front pool area (no walls crowding the pool deck like some of the other complexes) with several lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas! There is an indoor hot tub, charcoal grilling area, small fitness center and a tennis/pickle ball court!

Take a short walk down the beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald green waters to the fishing pier for more restaurants, shops, sand volleyball courts, and the Gulfarium! Just 1 mile across the Ft Walton bridge you can find publix grocery store and numerous other restaurants in the downtown Ft. Walton! The other way is just a short 6 mile drive and you are in the heart of Destin Harbor and all their attractions and nightlife!
Make Sea Oats your next vacation destination, we are sure you won’t be disappointed!

We all loved the condo and pool/beach access with beach service. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. We cooked a pot roast in the crockpot. Has a Keurig and regular coffee pot and a separate drink fridge. Excellent coffee mugs and wine glasses. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed. There were extra little cooler bags that were available to use if needed. The living room had comfy furniture and plenty of places to sit. The balcony furniture was really nice. Loved the end oceanfront unit with more views of the water. Having the daily beach service was so convenient. We brought our own throw blankets for movie nights, but there was a basket full of them in the living room. Had a fabulous time and would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property with great views from the balcony up and down the beach. The balcony has higher chairs so that the view doesn’t have the balcony rail right in the middle of it! Jessie and Curt were wonderful hosts, very responsive when we had a couple questions. Can’t wait to go back!

This was one of the nicest units we have stayed in (have been coming to Okaloosa Island since 1989). Jessie was so nice and easy to communicate with! We were very impressed with the "extras". There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for guests to use. The condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has a beautiful view. There are weekly fireworks in FWB during the summer and you can watch them clearly right from the balcony. Walking distance to Stewby's, Asiago & Fubar to eat / drink. It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Best condo and owner ever! We have enjoyed many, many Florida beach condos, and this is the best. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything about this condo is top notch; the owner has spared no expense. Many condo owners buy kitchen items at thrift stores, and who can blame them? Jessi has top of the line items she would use in her own home. There is free beach service, and the condo also has several chairs and beach toys. We were allowed in the condo well before the 4 pm time because the cleaning staff had left and the condo was ready. Beach rental companies never allow early entry, and many owners do not.Jessi was attentive to our needs. This is an outstanding condo to rent with an excellent host.

We loved our time at this beautiful condo! We were able to check in earlier than expected on our arrival day which was an added benefit! We will definitely look to book this unit again!

Hi! My husband and I are from Indiana where we own rental properties and remodel homes for a living. We have owned 3 different properties here since 2017 and love it here! We have been vacationing in this area for over 30 years now and are happy to share our home away from home with all of you!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Location!! We love the location here! We are directly on the beach, with unbelievable views, and no roads to cross! Even during peak season, we have far less traffic than the Destin/Miramar area, yet are just 6 miles away from the Destin Harbor and all the action there! The fishing pier is 1/2 mile up the beach from us and there are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance of our condo!
