The wooden house, furnished with great attention to detail, is located in the holiday area of Niendorf / Baltic Sea approx. 500 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and meets the highest demands.

You can expect a spacious living area with high-quality couch, LED TV, radio, free internet access via WLAN, an adjoining dining area for 4 people plus a small child. The open kitchen is well equipped and has the most modern equipment. a. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

This modern vacation home has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 meters in size, as well as a large closet with lots of storage space and an additional flat screen TV. Bedroom II is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 meters. There is a guest toilet and a shower room which is modern and of high quality with a floor-deep walk-in shower, underfloor heating and its own washing machine. A hair dryer is available.

A furnished terrace, a grill and a large garden complete this wonderful vacation home on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful, very large south-west terrace can be entered from both the living room and the bedroom and is equipped with a parasol. Enjoy the sun until late in the evening.

Niendorf and surroundings

Niendorf is a more than 100 year old seaside resort with a kilometer-long fine sandy beach for swimming, jogging and playing.
During the holidays, children can play and do handicrafts under supervision in a large tent.

On the chic, newly designed promenade you will find restaurants with different offers, in the still active fishing port you can eat or buy fresh fish and then prepare it yourself in the holiday home.

The neighboring towns are Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde, can be reached by bus, bike or as a hike along the promenade and the Brodten cliff.

Families can have fun in the Hansapark or in the nearby Erdbeerhof, cities like Lübeck invite you to stroll, visit or take part in cultural events.

In Niendorf itself you will find doctors, pharmacies, ATMs and shops, several golf courses are nearby. Lübeck and Hamburg are easily accessible by car and train, Lübeck in about 15 minutes by car, Hamburg in about 45 minutes by car, the beach is a ten-minute walk away.
