The bright "Treibgut" middle-unit townhouse, furnished with great attention to detail, offers approximately 90 m² of living space across three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a warmly furnished entryway with a coat rack—the full bathroom with natural light is also located in the entryway.

From there, you’ll pass a lounge and built-in closets that offer plenty of storage space on your way to the spacious living area with an open kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, featuring a dishwasher, hand blender, juicer, microwave with grill function, refrigerator, and separate freezer, as well as a ceramic-gas cooktop and a steam oven. Here, you can cook to your heart’s content. Take a seat at the adjacent kitchen counter, or feel free to use one of the two additional fold-out tables for extra dining space. The cosy sleeper sofa is perfect for TV nights, or you can enjoy the sunset on the patio furniture on the southwest-facing terrace under the awning.

A wooden spiral staircase leads you to the open-concept first-floor bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a functional shower room. The bedroom features an additional smart TV with Chromecast and, as a highlight, an electric fireplace. The adjoining balcony, complete with an awning and seating, invites you to take in the green surroundings and enjoy the sea air.

From the bedroom, another wooden spiral staircase leads to the second open-concept bedroom with two bunk beds, each expandable to 160x200; the room has a TV and is equipped with blackout blinds.

The house has exterior shutters, and Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages). Only one outdoor parking space behind the house is reserved for you.

Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment. The covered area in front of the house provides bicycle parking.

The listed prices apply to occupancy of up to 4 people.
The fifth and sixth guests will each be charged an additional 10.00 € per night!

The centre of Niendorf, with its restaurants and cafés, as well as the harbour, are also within walking distance and invite you to linger.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you at the house, and you’ll find a place to store your bicycles in front of the house.
