The Space:
Three-bedroom with two-bathrooms perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and gated parking. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer (shared with the other apartment), pots and pans with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, pepper. Bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy and a 50" smart tv with streaming service. The second bedroom has a comfy full size bed with nightstands and easy access to the guest bathroom along with a 32" smart tv for streaming services. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, features a 32" smart tv for streaming service.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colord granite counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50" smart tv for streaming services. The apartment has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board.

Great apartment in town

This is a great apartment if you don't care about having all of the resort amenities. It is located in a regular neighborhood in Rocky Point. The apartment is gated and you can pull your vehicle in behind the gate so it is secure. Very clean, nice kitchen ~ has everything you need to cook and eat, it is stocked with more kitchen stuff than I have ever seen at any place I have rented from. It is very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable. Has wi-fi and netflix. The A/C works great! Much less expensive than the resorts on the beach which is great for us because we are out on our boat fishing everyday so we don't need to have a place on the beach and don't use the amenities. When we bring family (kids, grandkids) we rent on the beach so they have use of the amenities. This place was perfect for our needs. We will rent again!
