Communication was great. Super clean. Super easy check-in process. There was an issue with the pool code, but it was resolved quickly even after hours. Will definitely recommend.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We enjoyed spending the holidays at this lovely beach townhouse. It's in a perfect location, very quiet, and so comfortable!

Nice place to stay

The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Short 3 block walk to the beach and the pool was right behind the unit. Nice pool area as well. Would recommend a stay here. Beautiful area in Fernandina Beach.

Great little place

Nice place for a small family and very close to the beach. Check in was a breeze and the email i sent was replied too very quickly. The only complaint i can have was the pool was closed for maintenance for the week, just would of like a heads up, but overall would stay here again.

John, We apologies for the pool being closed. It was closed last minute due to a drain issue. We will do better to make sure guest are aware before they arrive next time.

The unit was clean and welcoming, just as advertised. The location is very convenient with a short walk to the Beach and a short drive to Fernandina.

Bliss in Fernandina Beach

The property is as advertised. Fernandina Shores is an ideal location to visit the beach. You can walk or drive to the beach very easily. We will definitely stay again in this unit.

There were squished bugs on the walls, dust everywhere and dirty windows and appliances. The upstairs screen was totally off the track. The upstairs screen was totally off the track. There was a little bench that was broken that I fixed. And many things I needed to clean.

Very nice condo

I stayed here with my wife and 4 children ranging from 5 years old to 10 months. The bunk bed setup was perfect and the house was very well done and clean. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The only thing that wasn’t there that we would have used was a dishwasher, but it was not a significant issue for us. Very nice setting just a short walk to the beach which we did walk to several times. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful place

Overall everything was nice and clean. The description says 3 bedrooms but there’s actually 2. One of them however does have 2 sets of bunk beds. Nice quiet location and not too far from the beach at all. Would definitely recommend

Adorable Home Near Everything

What a great place. Lovely high end townhouse 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to historic downtown. Well decorated, super clean, great beds, pillows, linens, towels. Well stocked kitchen. Great patio space to enjoy. Came with beach chairs to use and lots amenities. Traveling with our 88 lb dog and he felt right at home. Will definitely return to this unit. Highest rating for it.

Short Stay

Some aspects have been updated nicely and 5 minute walk to beach, close to pool, king bed was very comfortable. Condo size is good for a short stay but not for long stay. Management was very friendly and accessible and helped with TV issue. door code, and offered to send cleaning crew back in if needed when I reached out. Steps are very steep, floors were uneven upstairs as well as the tub base. Not ideal for older adults.

Nice little place

Very clean and very responsive. Brought coffee maker on demand. Be advised that there is no dishwasher. Not a problem for a couple. Might be annoying with a family. Recommend better pillows for master. Otherwise very nice place with comfortable furniture and everything you need for the week. Thanks!
