Gîte de La Tourate en Périgord

Stone house, peacefully situated on a hill. Breathtaking views of the valley. Garden. Terrace with barbecue. The house comprises a large kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and a cot (on request), the other has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (on the mezzanine). In summer, the house will keep you pleasantly cool. Conversely, during the shoulder seasons and in winter, you can enjoy a cozy wood fire thanks to the fireplace insert, supplemented by radiators. On-site, you can go canoeing, hiking, cycling, or take a horse-drawn carriage ride. In the surrounding area, you can visit caves, castles, and charming villages. 2 km from the rental, you will find two restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctor, as well as two traditional markets per week offering local produce. You can easily access the village and shops via hiking trails. Sheets, duvet covers, and towels are not provided. Rental available: €10 for bed linen and €6 for towels. Cleaning option: €70
