Cocoonr offers this charming 36 m² single-storey house with shared pool, jacuzzi and sauna to rent in Camoël. It can accommodate up to 2 people.

It consists of a 20 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet A jacuzzi and sauna are shared and available all year round, each equipped with its own shower. For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside: - A shared, covered and secure 12 × 5 m swimming pool, heated all year round - A sauna and jacuzzi, located 5 m behind the house - A beautiful 800 m² private garden and a 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Camoël, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte's private car park. A charging point for electric vehicles is available in front of the Ker Anna gîte.
