Beau type 2 redone and newly furnished, contemporary, comfortable lift. Beautiful terrace overlooking private park, southwest exposure. At 400 meters from the beach and Pouliguen Benedict the center. Private parking with plate to our name very close to the entrance of the residence.
A beautiful living room extending onto the terrace with garden furniture for up to 6 guests, a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe, a separate cabin with 2 bunk beds and wardrobe, kitchenette with dishwasher, oven multifunction, electric hob, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. A bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. 4 people with the possibility of an extra bed for two people with a sofa bed. Flat screen TV and HiFi.

Coquet T2/3 bien équipé et très bien placé

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon mari et notre fils adolescent en aout et malgré le temps maussade nous pu profiter de la Baule et ses environs. L'appartement est pratique, d'une propreté impeccable et la décoration sobre et moderne et très bien équipé (très bonne literie, grands rangements, grande TV au mur, et notamment un grand balcon orienté sud ouest sans vis à vis. Bien que situé près d'une rue passante, on est au calme et la résidence est bien entretenue. Quand a l'emplacement il est parfait: à 5mn à pied de la plage Benoit (la plus belle à mon avis) et du Pouliguen (marché 3 fois par semaine, nombreux restaurants et café). Il ne manque que le WiFi, mais on peut se débrouiller avec la 4G/point d'accès mobile sur portable. Quant aux propriétaires ils sont charmants et très arrangeants: ils nous ont prêté leurs vélos dont nous avons fait grand usage et ont eu la délicatesse de nous renvoyer un vêtement oublié sans même nous faire payer les frais d'envoi. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr - et recommandons vivement cette location.

Très bonne situation pour ce bel appartement, spacieux, propre et bien équipé . Belle terrasse également, très au calme, donnant sur un grand jardin arboré. Nous y avons logé à 2 Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons cet appartement .. sans hésitations !! L. et J. BAS-RHIN (67)
