Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house with jacuzzi and wifi (fibre optics) in Erquy to rent for up to 4 people.

It comprises an attractive 37 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 37 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- One bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Jacuzzi available all year round
- A beautiful 300 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
The "hopitaux" area is close to the beautiful Ilot St Michel beach (restaurant on site). All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. 4 spaces available.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, a small dirt road between 2 properties.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
