New 100 sqm apartment (April 2017 completed) to rent in small village of 80 inhabitants in the outskirts of the village.
Ideal for families with children or for those who are looking for relaxation and want to enjoy nature. The Wendland offers you all possibilities. Whether in the biosphere reserve Elbtalaue or the Nemitzer Heide, you have the opportunity to explore everything on foot, by bike or on horseback. On the farm there are horse boxes available, which can be used as Hanoverians are bred here and every year 4-6 foals are felled over the meadows. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. Eine Ferienwohnung im Fachwerkhaus-Stil (vermutlich umgebaute Scheune) mit ganz besonderem Charme; hoher Raum mit Küche - Esszimmer - Wohnbereich; daneben die Schlafräume. Sauber und modern eingerichtet, großzügig. Das Haus befindet sich am Straßenende. Kinder können draußen spielen. Es gibt so gut wie keinen Autoverkehr, dafür aber Pferde und Fohlen auf der Weide nebenan, was ein ganz besonderes Ambiente schafft. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Salzwedeler Duft- und Märchenpark sind einige Kilometer entfernt, aber der Besuch lohnt sich. Das Dannenberger Freibad können wir auch gern weiterempfehlen. Ein Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Dorf, der Spielplatz ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, alles andere per Kfz.

Toller Küchen- und Wohnbereich
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Viel Natur und Ruhe. Auch für Kinder gibt es viele Tiere zu beobachten und einen Spielplatz im Dorf sowie einen Sandkasten vor der Tür.

Kinderherzen glücklich gemacht
Für alle kleinen und großen Pferdeliebhaber ist die Ferienwohnung nur zu emphehlen. Auch wenn es sich hier nicht um einen Reiterhof handelt, hatten wir genügend Gelegenheiten zum Streicheln und Füttern. Die Vermieter sind sehr kinderfreundlich und die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Sehr schön und erholsam
Wieder mal sehr ruhig und erholsam. Den Pferden zusehen, streicheln und füttern. Hier sagen sich Fuchs und Hase gute Nacht. Genau das haben wir gesucht und gefunden.
Einziges Manko, ein lautstarker Hahn auf dem Hof k ündigt schon ab
halb 5 Uhr morgens den nahenden Tag an.

Sehr schöne Unterbringung in einer umgebauten Scheune mit sehr hohen Decken im Wohn-/Küchenbereich. Alles genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Der Vermieter war äußerst entspannt und freundlich und hat uns sogar noch bei der Suche nach einem Fahrradverleih geholfen. Die Pferde im Stall direkt gegenüber von unserem Fenster waren sogar für unsere beiden großen Jungs noch ein echtes zusätzliches Plus.

Ein Urlaub einfach nur zum Runterkommen. Sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm. Pferde streicheln und füttern wirkt sehr beruhigend.

Eine schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Umgebung, für Ruhesuchende oder auch Familien. Radfahren kann man hier auch sehr gut. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und mal durch Pferdegewieher geweckt zu werden hat auch etwas;))

Ruhe, die man hören kann........
Ich hatte vor Reisebeginn einige Fragen an unseren Vermieter, die immer unverzüglich beantwortet wurden. Bei unserer Ankunft war Herr Sültemeier zur Begrüßung prompt vor Ort und war einfach nett und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung entsprach 1:1 den Fotos, war sauber, freundlich und gemütlich. Der Ort Dünsche ist so ruhig, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben. Drei Personen unserer Familie ärgern
sich über Schlafstörungen - hier in Dünsche konnten wir alle durchschlafen, herrlich! Die Umgebung bietet ausreichende und vielfältige Möglichkeiten zur Zertreuung und wir haben schöne Wanderungen in einer traumhaften blühenden und summenden Heidelandschaft machen können. Der Märchenpark in Salzwedel ist für Kinder und Erwachsene empfehlenswert. Unser kleiner
knapp zweijähriger Enkel war fasziniert vom Hasen "Lumpi" Sültemeier und den Pferden, die die Familie züchtet. Nicht zu vergessen: der tolle große Trecker mit Herrn Sültemeier. Fazit: wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und waren überrascht, dass unser Kurzurlaub in der Heimat so interessant und erholsam war.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung
Wunderschöne großzügige Ferienwohnung auf einem Pferdehof mit schönem Außensitzplatz. Absolute Ruhe, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Ein Idyll für jeden gestressten Großstädter
Erholsame Ruhe und saubere Luft . Wir konnten bei geöffneten Fenstern die Nacht durchschlafen ohne störende Ereignisse . Selbst das leise Wiehern der Pferde in der Pferdebox nebenan empfanden wir beruhigend .
Der Herbst läd ein zu Wanderungen , Fahrradtouren und Ausritten in die Lüneburger Heide . Selbst streicheln und füttern der Pferde wirkt ungemein beruhigend .
Die ausgebaute Scheune mit Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen war von morgens bis abends wohlig warm . Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und lies keine Wünsche offen . Einziges Manko , der Satellitenempfang muß nachgestellt werden . MDR-Sachsen fehlte völlig .
Alles in Allem , der Urlaub war sehr erholsam . Wir kommen wieder .

rustige ruime boerenvakantiewoning
Mooie ruime vakantiewoning in een boeren omgeving met prachtige natuur.
Prima moderne voorzieningen, goede wifi. Wasmachine en droger niet aanwezig in de woning.
Fijne woning om tot rust te komen of als tussenstop op doorreis. We hebben hier met onze kinderen mooie vakantiedagen gehad.
