Nice through apartment North/South partially renovated in 2019, 2 rooms, approx. 55 m2, located on the 3rd floor of the Bietschhorn residence in Haute-Nendaz for 4 people.

Distribution:

Entrance, renovated living room with dining area, living room with TV and 1 sofa bed, fully equipped new kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1x2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, toilet and sink.

Parking: 1 private parking space in the underground garage (max height 190cm).

In the building: swimming pool (included), sauna (extra), ski storage, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (extra).



*NOTE: due to renovation work, the swimming pool will be closed from 09/01 to 11/30/2025*



The Bietschhorn residence is located outside the center in a very quiet neighborhood. A ski bus stop is located in front of the building.
