You can do your shopping 🛒, get your bread 🥖or go for a drink 🍻 on foot from the accommodation.

🛌 2 bedrooms, sleeps 7 (Duvets and pillows provided)

⚠️ Sheets and towels are optional. Contact us for their rentals.

🏠 Apartment renovated in 2025 with special attention to the quality of the materials. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. It is located in a pretty house under renovation (no noisy work in your presence to guarantee your peace of mind and the quality of your stay).

🛌 SLEEPS:

- A bedroom with 1 double bed

- A second bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 200 that can be pushed together to make a large bed of 160 x 200

- Possibility to add an extra bed in this second bedroom.

- The sofa in the living room can be converted into a large bed for 2 people.

🐕 Your companions are not allowed to climb on the beds. Thank you for your understanding.

🍳 Fully equipped KITCHEN (electric oven, induction hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine)

🚿 BATHROOM with real walk-in shower, vanity unit 1 washbasin, hairdryer socket, towel drying rack.

🛋 LIVING ROOM with relaxation area: large corner sofa, coffee table, TV, pellet stove. For cosy moments with family or friends.

🐕 Your companions can climb on the sofa as long as you bring what you need to protect it. This one is 2m50 and 1m80 👍

🔐 BASEMENT accessible from the outside and the entrance hall. About 15m2 are at your disposal to store your skis, bikes or others.

👗👖 The washing machine is also in the basement and is at your disposal. The drying rack is in the bathroom.

🚘 Outdoor parking for 3 cars in front of the accommodation

🌳GARDEN (not fenced) accessible to all

🐔 2 hens and 1 rooster are in a closed enclosure.

🎯Just down the street (200 m) you can access a free leisure area (football field, petanque, basketball, fitness area, athletics track) ⚽️🏀

⛷ Ski and bike rental in the bike shop down the street

👟🌳 Access to many hiking trails in the area (including the famous textile trail.)

🚌 Opposite the Super U (700m) you will have access to the departure of the seasonal shuttle (Ski slope, ridge road, crow lake, ...)

🥕 Every Sunday morning, the market is held in the downtown 1km away with local producers and products.

RULES OF GOOD CONDUCT
PGJyPgPGJyPg👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 PGJyPg 🎿 Please do not store skis inside the apartment. The landing and the basement are at your disposal to store your equipment. Do not walk with ski boots in the accommodation.

The terrace must not be loaded to more than 500 kg (approx. 7 people)

ARRIVALS: From 17:00

DEPARTURES: 10:00 last deadlines

🏡 The apartment is located in a 2-storey house.

🔑 Your accommodations are on the first floor, accessible by common stairs. The outbuildings have not yet been renovated but will remain clean and accessible to ensure a quality stay.

The first floor and the second floor are being renovated. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏

👉 The building will eventually include 3 apartments. At the moment, and for the whole year 2026, only this one is rented (no noisy work during your stay, I am the only craftsman of this renovation, I will respect your tranquility).

💬 We live 15 minutes from the apartment, so we kindly ask you to send us a message at least 20 minutes before your arrival time, for the handover of the keys. The same goes for the return on the last day of your stay.

We remain at your disposal throughout your stay if you need but will not be on site. You will therefore be able to be totally autonomous and quiet.

🔥 FOR MORE COMFORT

The apartment is heated by a pellet stove.

It is possible to turn on the underfloor heating in the bedrooms and bathroom in order to heat these spaces according to your needs and at your convenience.

⚠️ However, we ask you to have a conscious and reasoned consumption, in particular not to run it while you are away.
