You will be enchanted by the panoramic view, located on the 3rd floor crossing, this apartment consisting of an entrance with staircase leading you into a main room/ living room with corner sofa convertible, television.
An equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob, large refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, beautiful opening on terrace overlooking the sea.
Two bedrooms to the west are equipped with beds 2 people, giving access to another terrace overlooking Corbières and pond.
A bathroom with bathtub and sink.
Separate WC with washing machine.
Terrace with garden furniture, sea view. Seasonal communal pool
Private parking.
Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the key.
kit double bed: 12.00 €
kit towel: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €
End of stay cleaning option to ask the agency: 90 €
