The entrance opens onto a bright living area, with a comfortable living room featuring a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table seating up to four, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.
You will also find a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation comprises a mezzanine bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 120x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large mirror.
The toilet is separated.


The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
