About this property

Vacation home right by the sea, with its own beach.

Small, renovated in December 2018 (updates), cottage (66sqm) on the seafront in Grand Barachois, near the popular resort of Shediac in New Brunswick, Canada. By car it is just 30 min. From Moncton airport. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size box jumping bed, and one with 2 single beds. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room provide enough space for 2-4 persons. In the covered veranda enclosed by a window is a "day bed" for relaxation, as well as a dining table with sea view available. The large terrace offers sun all day. The house is accessed via a quiet private path. (20km / h max). The house is directly by the sea.

Note: We would like to point out that it is not allowed to have tents with additional guests on the property. Furthermore, camp fire is not permitted on the property.

Perfect stay!

We came in for a short visit to see our girls at University. Perfect location to UPEI and MT. A. Marc was very responsive to all my questions. The cottage was clean and well maintained. It had everything we required. Loved waking up to having the beach and ocean right outside our door! Would not hesitate to rent his quaint cottage again.

The property manager was exceptionally accessible despite not being local and was accommodating. The cottage was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. No complaints.

Nice Spot!

We had a great stay at this cottage. View was lovely, nice large deck, and the sunroom was a bonus with a great air conditioned view on those very hot afternoons. Cottage was quite small but very clean and well equipped. Neighbors were quiet and there was easy access to a small sandy beach. A couple of deck lounge chairs would have been appreciated, and perhaps a small deck privacy screen. However, we would definitely recommend this property and view.

Wonderful!

A very comfortable and well-equiped cottage in a perfect location on the water but not too far from town and all the delicious restaurants. There were only 2 of us so we had lots of room to spread out. Many happy hours were spent in the sunroom watching the sunsets over the water. The local restaurants were generally good (we loved Auberge Gabrielle and Lobster Deck) but we also recommend the restaurant on the warf in Cap Pele (Aboiteau) as the best value we found. We look forward to coming back!
