Situated in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for those who wish to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

With an area of 100 square meters and a capacity for up to 6 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.
Upon entering, you will find a fully-equipped separate kitchen. The spacious living room has one of its sofas that can be easily converted into a bed. In the same living room, you will also find a dining area. The property also has a small terrace. Finally, the apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers for your hygiene and relaxation.

Located in a completely renovated building in Plaza del Teatro, it is next to one of the most emblematic and busy places in the city, Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of Malaga's life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios street and San Juan street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the area offer. Besides, you can enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
In its surroundings, you will find the main tourist attractions such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater. The Muelle Uno area and the Malagueta beach are a 10-15 minute walk away through the pleasant Paseo del Parque.
