With a comfortable surface area, this rental comprises :

- a lovely 10 m² terrace, equipped with a barbecue for enjoying your meals outdoors,

- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),

After 22H, noise pollution is not accepted.
