"Fantastic location right at 19th street BART and Oakland uptown/downtown. Inside it's a beautiful, spacious, light-filled apartment, with a great view looking out over the Fox theatre to the Bay. Everything's new and clean inside, nice kitchen, and good parking. Property manager's very prompt and easy to communicate with."

"This is a great place to stay, accommodations, communication, and atmosphere was excellent. The apartment was modern and had everything you needed. Comfortable furnishings that made you feel at home. Thanks David!!!"

"Location was brilliant! Super short walk to great restaurants bars and venues! The place was small but very cozy. Great kitchen, comfy beds and clean bathroom. Highly recommend !!"

"Riza and Miguel have created a comfortable and well appointed cottage that has everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. The entire unit was very clean and has many amenities. Beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows, linen, and towels for the bathroom. Kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several meals during our time there. Television was great and WiFi signal and speed allowed me to work remotely without a hitch. The washer and dryer were easy to access in the main building...

"Khen’s home was perfect for our large family. It was well equipped with everything we needed and although the area had some questionable characters pass through at times, they kept to themselves and we felt quite safe."

"It was first trip to Ca., unfortunately the weather was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the city. But the house was nice and roomy. Easy check in and great location. "
